It's a costume party! We'll play games on our mat, learn yoga poses, and use our big yoga breath to laugh, connect, and make other little yogi friends. We'll also create our own take-home Halloween craft. Class will end with a a little playtime and imagination time in the aerial hammock.

Kids are welcome to wear their Halloween costumes! Please pack a change of clothes if costumes are difficult to stretch in.

Class is geared for children ages 2-6. Adult participation required. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
