The last Saturday morning of every month at Yoga Strong Cleveland is reserved for the kids!

Expect your child to build strength, confidence, and self-regulation through yoga games, songs, poses and more. Kids will also learn aerial moves and stretches in our aerial yoga hammocks including a relaxing savasana in the air! 

Class time lines up with our regular adult yoga class in the other room, if parents would like to get their own practice in.
